Metro Express Car Wash

Employees were nice, prices are about in line with others around town. Paid for the second highest tier which came out to $24. This is a no prep wash all automated so it was no surprise when the bugs from a recent road trip didn’t come off (maybe 25% did). Was offered a rewash but the front was still covered in bugs even after the second wash. Ended up taking it to the Mega car wash which had people to spray and scrub the bugs before you even go in the wash. $16 wash there plus a $5 tip for the prep boys and the car came out spotless. Would avoid this place if you have any bugs on your car.

I like their service and affordable pricing. They have complimentary wipes after the car wash which is always awesome.

I signed up for recurring washes - with all the construction dust it is great not having to think about if it is time for a wash- I just pull in (the scan feature makes it really convenient). Ample staff, well maintained equipment and a clean safe environment. I like that car matt washes are free and the wash is great. Lots of vacuum stations also included. Free dash wipes and cloths too. Great value

Every single one of Metro car washes is the absolute worst car wash in Spokane sure they are decently priced but they have the worst staff they refuse to acknowledge any customer service! I have nine vehicles and I have three different memberships went to change my membership on one of them after one month to a different vehicle and I said you can only change it every 6 months That's absolutely bullshit! If you are paying for the membership and you're not changing it more than once a day or more than once a week if it's just once a month there should be no problem with changing your membership to a different vehicle if you own a lot of vehicles! It does not matter what vehicle it is if you are paying a membership I have x3 memberships I cancelled them all once I talked to the customer service team in Idaho and realized what a joke of a company this is!. Save yourself the time and go to Mr car Wash anywhere around If you have more cars you can switch your vehicle monthly no problem no questions asked actually they don't have a problem with you switching it a couple times a week Metro on the other hand absolute trash They need to go out of business Do not support them!

Pretty average for a car wash. After driving into town from out of state, my truck was covered in dead bug splat. Came here to get it cleaned off. Got most of the bug residue off but some still remains. Better than it was, yes, but for $25.00 I suppose I expected a little better.
